The hotel was lovely with plenty of natural light, and the rooms were extremely comfortable, especially the awesome pillows. The service was polite and helpful, with reception staff being very accommodating. The location was good, although a little out of the way for us, but still plenty around and not a bad location at all. The dining experience, while not catering to Western preferences, was the best we had during our stay. The facilities were top-notch, making our visit enjoyable overall.

The staff were friendly and understanding, especially when I asked to change rooms due to noise. The location was convenient, close to restaurants, shops, bars, and the beach. The dining experience was of great quality, and I particularly enjoyed the 24/7 restaurant. However, the dining choices were limited, and the dishes and juices were slow to refill. The facilities were well-maintained and offered a comfortable stay.
